Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Kerala on November 02, 2024, notified Kerala Repealing and Saving Act, 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•The Amendment Acts specified in the Schedule to this Act are repealed.

•The repeal of any Amendment Act specified in the Schedule of this Act shall not affect any other enactment in which the repealed enactment has been applied.

They shall come into force at once.
