The Government of Goa on November 01, 2024, issued draft Goa Housing Board (Registration, Allotment and Sale of Plots) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024 further amend the Goa Housing Board (Registration, Allotment and Sale of Plots) Rules, 2016.
The following has been stated: -
•In rule 2
(i)Clause (c) shall be omitted
(ii)After clause (ai), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—
(aj)“scrutiny committee” means scrutiny committee as specified in rule 11
•In rule 3 sub-rule (2), the words “disposed on outright sale”, and the expression disposed on outright sale at the rate fixed for auction category as per rule 4” shall be substituted.
•In rule 4, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:—
4. Fixation of plot price
All objections and/or suggestions to the draft Rules shall be taken into consideration if sent within fifteen days.
