The Government of Karnataka on October 29, 2024, notified the Draft Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procurement of Energy from Renewable Sources) (Eleventh Amendment) Regulations, 2024 to further amend the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procurement of Energy from Renewable Sources) Regulations, 2011.
The following has been stated-
•These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Karnataka
•These Regulations shall come into force at once
•In Regulation 4, Clauses 4(i), 4(i) and 4(iii) shall be substituted as indicated in Column (2) of the table attached to the document.
•Comments should be sent before November 27, 2024.
