EHS Compliance The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) on November 04, 2024, notified Environment Protection (Manner of Holding Inquiry and Imposition of Penalty) Rules, 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•Rule 2 lays down definitions of the terms like adjudicating officer.

•Rule 3 specifies about Complaint.

•Rule 4 specifies the holding of inquiry.

They shall come into force on November 05, 2024.
