Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 06, 2024, notified regarding the enhancement in the Regulatory Indicator file format.

The following has been stated namely: -

• This is with reference to Exchange notice no. 20241004-66 dated October 04, 2024, regarding cautionary messages on Trading Terminal.

• It states that a new regulatory indicator file, REG1_INDDDMMYY.csv, shall be introduced to disseminate cautionary messages on trading terminals during order entry. The file, containing security-wise identifiers and additional fields from Sr. no. 26 onwards, shall be available daily on the Exchange website starting December 6, 2024, for the Equity segment, and will be applicable for the next trading day.

• It further reminds the trading members to implement the required functionality and comply with the notice by December 10, 2024, and mandatorily by January 10, 2025, as per Exchange circular 20241004-66 dated October 4, 2024.
