Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on November 05, 2024, issued a corrigendum to an older notification under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The following corrigendum has been stated:

• In Notification number F. 14 (90)/LA/2023/ala1/4-11, dated January 11, 2024, wherever the words “The Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 (Delhi Act No 01 of 2024)” occurs, the same may be read as “The Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2023 (Delhi Act No. 01 of 2024)”.
