The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on November 07, 2024, issued a circular regarding the facility for reporting the number of Non-Profit Organisation Transaction Reports (NTR).
The following has been stated: -
•SEBI's Master Circular (June 06, 2024) outlines guidelines for Non-Profit Organization Transaction Reports (NTRs), which must be submitted to FIU-IND by the 15th of the following month for transactions exceeding Rs. 10 Lakhs.
•Participants must register on the FINnet 2.0 portal and submit NTR details to NSDL via the e-PASS portal starting October 09, 2024, with reports due by the 20th of the succeeding month.
•The first report is due by November 20, 2024. NSDL recommends internal training to ensure compliance.
