Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 08, 2024, issued a circular regarding guidelines in pursuance of amendment to SEBI KYC (Know Your Client) Registration Agency (KRA) Regulations, 2011.

The following has been stated: -

•Starting November 23, 2024, clients with KYC records marked as "On Hold" by KRAs (from October 1 to October 31, 2024) will not be allowed to trade or square up positions until validation is completed.

•Non-compliant PANs will be flagged as "Not Permitted to Trade." The list of such clients can be accessed on the member portal under the specified file path. 

•Clients whose KYC is validated will be allowed to trade from T+1 based on KRA updates.
