Commercial Compliance The Government of Puducherry on September 25, 2024, notified the Puducherry Building Bye-Laws and Zoning Regulations (Amendment), 2024 to further amend the Puducherry Building Bye-Laws and Zoning Regulations, 2012.

The following has been stated-

•In Chapter-III - Health and Sanitation-General Building Requirements, for the existing clause 38(7), the Energy Conservation Building shall be substituted.

•For the existing clauses 68, 68.1, 68.2 and 68.3, the 68. Rooftop Solar Energy Installation shall be substituted.
