Secretarial ComplianceThe Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises (MoSME) on November 07, 2024, issued the notification regarding the onboarding on the Trade Receivables Discounting System platforms.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The following are to be onboarded on the Trade Receivables Discounting System platforms namely: -

o Companies registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with a turnover of more than Rs. 250 crore.

o Central Public Sector Enterprises
