The Commercial Taxes, Andhra Pradesh on October 07, 2024, issued the notification regarding the amendment to notification no. G.O.Ms.No.258 dated June 29, 2017 which states “APGST Rate Schedule”
The following has been stated namely: -
• Schedule I – 2.5% in List 1, after item number 232 the following has been inserted namely: -
“(233) Trastuzumab Deruxtecan
(234) Osimertinib
(235) Durvalumab”
• Schedule II – 6%, after S. No. 32B the following has been inserted namely: -
“32 C - Extruded or expanded products, savoury or salted (other than un-fried or un-cooked snack pellets, by whatever name called, manufactured through process of extrusion)”
• Schedule IV – 14%, after S. No. 210 the following has been inserted namely: -
“210A – Seats of a kind used for motor vehicles”
This shall come into force on October 10, 2024.
