The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 08, 2024, issued a circular regarding Advertisement Code for Online Bond Platform Providers (OBPPs).
The following has been stated: -
•The SEBI circular mandates that Online Bond Platform Providers (OBPPs) comply with specific Advertisement Codes for their advertisements.
•OBPPs must follow the code in Annexure A of the SEBI Master Circular for OBPP-related ads.
•If registered in other segments, OBPPs must use the relevant advertisement codes for those segments, as per the NSE circular.
•The circular is applicable with immediate effect.
