The Government of Goa on November 07, 2024, issued amendments to the Goa Integrated Skill Development Scheme, 2014.
The following amendment has been stated:
• The following Clause shall be inserted in the 4th clause of the “eligibility” criteria of the Scheme as:
o 4 (2) However for traditional artisan, there will not be any restriction on qualification.
o 4 (3) Should be in the age group of 18-60. However for traditional artisan, there will not be any age restrictions.
• The following Clause in the 7th clause of the “Commencement of Course” criteria of the Scheme shall be replaced:
The courses may be conducted in batches as per the timing suitable/convenient for the needy women artisans.
