The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Ltd. (MCX), on November 08, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Revision in Expiry Date of MCX iCOMDEX Base Metal Index (MCX METLDEX®) Futures Contract on account of trading holiday on November 20, 2024.
Due to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly General Election on November 20, 2024, the expiry date for the MCXMETLDEX futures contract has been revised. The revised expiry date will now be Tuesday, November 19, 2024, instead of the originally scheduled Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Despite this change, the original expiry date will continue to appear on the Market Watch Screen. The MCXMETLDEX contract will be available for trading only until the revised expiry date.
