The Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) on November 08, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Template for Sectoral Risk Assessment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• DPs are advised to provide the complete data for the Template for Sectoral Risk Assessment and submit it to CDSL by the end of the day on November 22, 2024.
• In the case of non-submission by the due date, the matter will be reported to SEBI accordingly.
• DPs are required to submit the data for financial year ended March 31, 2024, via the Microsoft Form.
• DPs are instructed to fill in all required details and thoroughly review their entries before submission, as no modifications will be allowed after the form is submitted.
• Upon successful submission, DPs will receive a confirmation response file sent to the email address used to submit the form.
