Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) on November 11, 2024, notified regarding the mandatory filling of past data on the DCR Verification portal and non-acceptance of solar modules not verifiable through the DCF portal, in MNRE’s Scheme mandating Domestic Content Requirement (DCR).

To ensure that the provisions of Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) as provided for in MNRE's Schemes, namely, CPSU Scheme Phase-II, PM Suryaghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and PM-KUSUM, are followed in letter and spirit, the following is hereby conveyed:

• All concerned stakeholders are to mandatorily fill all past data (from January 01, 2024 onwards) in respect of Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) compliant solar PV modules, on the DCR Verification portal operated by the National Institute of Solar Energy, at the link: https://solardcrportal.nise.res.in

• From December 01, 2024 onwards, any solar PV module, whose DCR credentials cannot be verified through the aforesaid DCR verification portal, shall not be accepted under MNRE's CPSU Scheme Phase-II, PM Suryaghai: Muft Bijli Yojana and PM-KUSUM.
