Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on November 11, 2024, amended an older notification No. 12/97-Customs (NT) dated April 02, 1997, related to Customs Procedures and Regulations.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification, in the Table, against serial number 9, relating to the State of Maharashtra, in column (3) item (iv), and the corresponding entry thereto in column (4) shall be omitted.
