The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, (CERC) on November 11, 2024, issued an extension of the last date for seeking comments and suggestions on the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2024.
The deadline for submitting comments, suggestions, or objections on the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2024 has been extended to November 25, 2024, following stakeholders' requests. Submissions can be emailed and uploaded through the SAUDAMINI Portal for registered users. Late submissions may not be considered in the final regulations.
