The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on November 12, 2024, issued a notification to amend notification no. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to the fixing of the tariff values of Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, RBD Palmolein, Gold, Silver and Areca nuts.
The following has been amended namely: -
• Table 1 which states “Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, Crude Palmolein, etc.” has been amended
• Table 2 which states “Gold, Silver” has been amended
• Table 3 which states “Areca nuts” has been amended.
This notification shall come into force on November 13, 2024.
