Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Bihar on November 11, 2024, notified regarding the enforcement date of certain provisions of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024.

The following dates have been stated:

• the 1st day of October 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 of the said Act shall come into force; 

• the 1st day of April 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
