Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on November 13, 2024, issued the amendment to 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, which states “fixing the tariff values of Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, and RBD Palmolein”

The following has been amended namely: -

• Table-1 which states “Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, Crude Palmolein, etc.” has been amended

• Table-2 which states “Gold, Silver” has been amended

• Table-3 which states “Areca nuts” has been amended.

This shall come into force on November 14, 2024.
