The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on November 14, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Introduction of the single filing system through API-based integration between Stock Exchanges.
The Exchange has announced the extension of the single filing system, utilizing API-based integration, for disclosures related to the Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report under Regulation 76 of SEBI LODR 2015. This update is effective from November 15, 2024 and complements the existing system for disclosures like the Corporate Governance Report and Investor Grievance Report.
Listed entities are advised to use this system to avoid duplicate filings on multiple exchanges. Entities must address clarifications sought by the respective Exchange post-submission. The initiative aims to streamline regulatory compliance for listed entities.
