The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on November 14, 2024, issued a notification regarding the amendment in Notification No. 62/1994-Customs (N.T.) dated November 21, 1994 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 829 (E).
The following has been stated-
•The notification has been amended to include Chhara Port under Gujarat for the purpose of unloading imported goods and loading export goods or any class of such goods. This update is listed as item (32) in the table following the previously listed item (31).
