The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers (MoC&F) on November 14, 2024, notified Vinyl Sulphone (Quality Control) Order, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 2 specifies that the order applies to goods or articles specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to this Order and shall not apply to such goods or articles meant for export.
•Rule 3 specifies Conformity to standard and compulsory use of Standard Mark.
It shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from November 14, 2024.
