The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) on November 12, 2024, issued a notification regarding an addendum to Circular NPCI/2024-25/BBPS/008 - Intimation of Rebranding & Change in Logo of BBPS.
The following has been stated: -
•The NPCI has issued an addendum to Circular NPCI/2024-25/BBPS/008 regarding the rebranding of BBPS to "Bharat Connect." The terms 'BBPS,' 'BBPCU,' and 'BBPOU' are now replaced with 'Bharat Connect' and related terms.
•Bharat Connect Operating Units (OUs) must update their front-end channels with the new logo by December 15, 2024. This includes digital, physical, and customer communication channels.
