The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 19, 2024, issued the SoPs to guide PEs in registering their PE-TM chain binding on the DLT platform.
This is in reference to the Exchange notice no. 20241029-38 dated October 29, 2024. SEBI has advised BSE Limited as Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) and Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body (IAASB) to direct the Investment Advisers and Research Analysts to strictly comply with Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 (“TCCCPR-2018”) and Directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) from time to time.
The Exchange is in receipt of SoPs for registering PE-TM chain binding on the DLT platform. Trading Members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
