Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, Govt. of Karnataka on November 16, 2024, notified regarding the enforcement date of certain provisions of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The provisions of sections 6, 30, 35, and 37 of the said Ordinance shall come into force on November 19, 2024.

• The provisions of sections 2 to 5, 7 to 29, 31 to 34 and 36 of the said Ordinance shall come into force on November 01, 2024.
