Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on November 21, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in older gazette notification No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.) dated, April 02, 1997, related to the unloading of imported goods.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In the notification table for Rajasthan (Serial No. 10), a new entry (vi) has been added in columns (3) and (4) for "Dhanakya" allowing the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
