Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, Govt. of Karnataka on November 16, 2024, notified regarding the Discontinuation of GST Price Examination Authority.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It is stated that from April 1, 2025, the GST Authority will no longer accept requests to examine whether input tax credits or tax rate reductions have led to proportional price reductions.

• This shall come into force from November 19, 2024.
