The Traffic Department, Paradip Port Authority (PPA) on November 20, 2024, notified regarding the fixation of Productivity Norm for Ammonium Nitrate.
The following have been resolved:
• To fix the Productivity Norm for Ammonium Nitrate in bags @ 4,000 MT per day.
• To apply prevailing rate of Incentive/Penalty, method of calculation and other terms & conditions of existing Incentive/Penalty linked scheme.
• This will be effective till March 31, 2025, and shall be reviewed the above norm, as and when necessary, thereafter.
• It has also approved that shifting of Ammonium Nitrate vessels between berths/ Anchorage due to poor performance shall be chargeable on account of its Importers/Agents.
