EHS Compliance The Ministry of Defence (MoD) on November 18, 2024, notified the Kirkee Cantonment Board Solid Waste Management Bye-laws, 2024.

The following has been stated: -

• Chapter II is about the Segregation and primary storage of solid waste.

• Chapter III is about Solid Waste Collection.

• Chapter IV is about the Secondary Storage of Solid Waste.

These bye-laws shall be applicable within the territorial limits of the Kirkee Cantonment.

They shall come into force on November 18, 2024.
