The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers (MoC&F) on November 20, 2024, notified Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 further to amend the Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) (Quality Control) Order, 2021.
The following has been stated: -
•In paragraph 1, after subparagraph (2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: — “Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) Moulding and Extrusion Materials used for production of toco transducers.”
It shall come into force from November 20, 2024.
