The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on November 21, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit of Trading Members (Type-III) – Reminder.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Members are required to submit cyber audit report as per the specified norms.
• Trading Members are required to undertake Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit for the period specified below:
o Half Yearly (April 2024 – September 2024) - Members using ATF facility and QSB (Criteria): Audit Report is to be submitted on November 30, 2024 and the action taken report on February 28, 2025.
• Members are required to submit the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report online.
• The online Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit portal will be available only to the applicable Members for audit report submission
• Non-submission/late submission shall attract non-submission charges/disciplinary actions.
