EHS ComplianceThe Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on November 20, 2024, issued an extension of the timeline for filing quarterly and annual returns for FY 2023-24 till December 31, 2024, under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022.

All the registered entities on the E-Waste EPR Portal shall continue to file their quarterly and annual return returns till December 31, 2024, for Financial Year 2023-24. During this extension period till December 31, 2024, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Certificate generation & transfer will be carried out on EPR Portal.
