The Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on November 25, 2024, issued a circular regarding Reminder – Submission of data pertaining to Risk Based Supervision and Internal Audit Report.
The following has been stated: -
•Members are reminded to submit data for Risk Based Supervision and the Internal Audit Report for the period April 01 to September 30, 2024, by November 30, 2024, via the Exchange Portal.
•Non-submission or late submission will incur penalties or disciplinary actions as per Exchange Circular MCX/INSP/400/2017.
•The relevant circulars are dated October 09, 10, November 11, and November 18, 2024.
•Members should ensure compliance with these regulatory requirements.
