The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on November 25, 2024, notified regarding the fixation of the retail price of Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate IP eq. to Sitagliptin 100 mg + Pioglitazone Hydrochloride IP eq. to Pioglitazone 15 mg + Metformin Hydrochloride IP 500 mg.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has fixed the rate at Rs. 14.15/- for the Composition of each coated bilayered tablet containing: Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate IP eq. to Sitagliptin 100 mg + Pioglitazone Hydrochloride IP eq. to Pioglitazone 15 mg + Metformin Hydrochloride IP (As sustained release form) 500 mg.
