The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on November 25, 2024, invited Objections/Comments of the Public and all Stakeholders in respect of Petition No. 56 of 2024 (Suo-Moto) for the amendment in General Condition of Tariff (GCOT), Schedule of tariff etc.
The Commission notified PSERC (Electricity Supply Code, Standards of Performance and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 vide notification dated October 23, 2024. Issuance of the new Supply Code mandates certain amendments in the General Condition of Tariff (GCOT), Schedule of tariff etc. in tariff Order for FY 2024-25. Accordingly, the Commission took Suo-Moto notice of the same as petition No. 56 of 2024 (Suo-Moto), which is available on the website of the Commission i.e. www.pserc.gov.in.
The comments/suggestions/objections are invited to reach this office within 10 days of the publication of this notice in person or by post or through e-mail at [email protected] Commission will hold a Public Hearing in this connection on December 18, 2024 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Commission. Persons/organizations interested in presenting their views on the matter before the Commission are invited to participate.
