The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) on November 26, 2024, notified the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•Regulations 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Consumer Representative, and Consumer Association.
•Regulation 3 specifies Office of the Commission, Office Hours, And Sittings.
•Regulation 4 specifies Language in the Proceedings of the Commission.
These Regulations shall extend to the entire state of Jharkhand.
These Regulations shall come into force on November 26, 2024.
