The Finance Department, Rajasthan on November 25, 2024, issued the notification regarding the exemption from payment of electricity duty payable on energy consumed by certain enterprises.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The exempts is granted from payment of electricity duty payable on energy consumed by the enterprise to whom an entitlement certificate for such exemption has been issued by the appropriate Sanctioning Committee under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme-2024
• This is granted for the period as mentioned in the said entitlement certificate on the conditions mentioned in the said Scheme
