The Ministry of Heavy Industries (MoHI) on November 26, 2024, issued the amendment to the PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM E-DRIVE) Scheme.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Sl. No. 3 of the Annexure IV of S.O.4259(E) dated September 29, 2024 has been amended
• The proposed amount of incentive per kWh is, subject to review as per the reduction in vehicle cost and would be notified accordingly from time to time.
• The incentive shall be limited to as specified in the notification or 15% of ex-factory price of e-2W/ e-3W, whichever is lower.
This shall come into effect from November 08, 2024.
