Commercial Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on November 21, 2024, issued the Himachal Pradesh Stamp (Amendment) Rules, 2024 further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Stamp Rules 1973.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In rules 26 and 28 of the Himachal Pradesh Stamp Rules, 1973, for the figures and signs "2,00,000" wherever it occurs, the figures and signs "4,00,000" shall be substituted.

These Rules shall come into force on November 21, 2024.
