Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on November 26, 2024, issued a corrigendum to an older Circular No. 237/31/2024-GST dated October 15, 2024, related to Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax.

The following has been stated: -

•This Corrigendum is now being applied under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (MGST) Act, 2017 for uniformity. The circular is clarificatory, and any implementation difficulties should be reported to the Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra.
