The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 29, 2024, issued a notification regarding FATF Public Statements after the October 2024 Plenary.
The following has been stated: -
•The Exchange notice (20241113-3) requires members to submit an updated FATF declaration regarding AML/CFT actions via the BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS) by December 20, 2024.
•The declaration must be submitted electronically and digitally signed by the authorized signatory or Compliance Officer. Physical stamping/signing is not required. A detailed user manual is provided for guidance.
