The following has been stated: -
•The Andaman and Nicobar Value Added Tax Regulation, 2017, and VAT Rules, 2020, apply to goods like petroleum products and alcoholic beverages.
•Dealers must issue tax invoices and maintain records as per the VAT Regulation. Consumers should receive proper tax invoices, including specific details like dealer information, transaction description, and applicable taxes.
•This notice aims to promote awareness and compliance with VAT regulations.
