The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) on November 20, 2024, issued the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Generation, Transmission and Distribution Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2024.
These Regulations shall be applicable for determination of tariff in all matters covered under these Regulations from FY 2025-26 onwards and upto FY 2029-30, i.e. from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030, unless otherwise reviewed/modified/extended.
These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, Puducherry and Chandigarh.
