The following has been stated: -

•The Requirement of Compulsory Registration under Chip Imports Monitoring System (CHIMS) in terms of Policy Condition No. 08 of Chapter 85 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-1(Import Policy) has been “Discontinued”, with Immediate Effect.
