EHS Compliance The Goa State Pollution Control Board (GPCB) on October 15, 2024, notified regarding the imposition of fees under Construction and Demolition Waste Authorization.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has decided to impose Rs. 10, 000/- fees with the validity of 1 year for the issue of such authorization for Construction and Demolition Waste Authorization.

• It further states that a penalty of 50% shall be imposed on Authorization fees payable if the application is not submitted by the date.
