The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on November 28, 2024, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Indian Standards related to the Methods for Sampling and Test for Oils and Fats.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Dates of Establishment shall be November 11, 2024: -
• IS 548 (Part 3/Sec 12):2024 ISO 18363-4:2021 Methods of Sampling and Test for Oils and Fats Part 3 Advanced Instrumental Methods Section 12 Determination of Fatty-Acid-Bound Chloropropanediols (MCPDs) and Glycidol by GC/MS − Method Using Fast Alkaline Transesterification and Measurement for 2-MCPD, 3-MCPD and Glycidol by GC- MS/MS.
• IS 11082:2024 Agricultural Tractors for Use in Wet Land Cultivation — Technical Requirements (First Revision).
• IS 11538:2024 Design and Installation of Farm Drainage Pumping Plants — Code of Practice (First Revision).
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Date of Withdrawal shall be May 11, 2025: -
• IS 11082 – 1984 Technical Requirements of Agricultural Tractors for Wet Land Cultivation.
• IS 11538 – 1986 Code of Practice for Design and Installation of Farm Drainage Pumping Plants.
• IS 12953:1990 Drawbar for Agricultural Tractors — Link Type — Specification.
