The Labour Department, Govt. of Kerala on November 23, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in the older notification no. G.O. (P) No. 74/2024/LBR. dated October 16, 2024, related to the use of Aadhar for availing the scheme AAWAZ.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In paragraph 2, the words "which is being implemented through the Labour and Skills Department", shall be substituted with the words, "which is being implemented through any web based application by the Labour Commissionerate".
• In the Explanatory Note, the words, brackets, and abbreviation "a web based application by name Advanced Information Interface System (AIIS)" shall be substituted with the words, "any web based application".
