The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 02, 2024, issued a notification regarding rescinding of various older notifications.
The following notifications have been rescinded: -
• Notification No. 10/2022- Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 498(E), dated June 30, 2022.
• Notification No. 11/2022- Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 499(E), dated June 30, 2022.
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
